Here is what my life used to be like ... rewind ... over 4 years ago:
- I was obese
- I felt sluggish and had "fog brain" most of the time
- I was unable to walk from room to room without great effort
- I sat at a computer for more than 13 hours a day
- I had severe foot pain (plantar fasciitis)
- I had a pinched nerve due to a herniated disk and was in pain most of the time
- I ate once a day (sometimes twice) but those meals were large and very unhealthy (high sugar and high fat)
- I was borderline diabetic
- Most every evening after I ate my "large" and only meal of the day, I almost instantly fell asleep which is very scary if you think about it
- I ate fast food often because I didn't feel like standing in the kitchen and cooking. It just seemed pointless when a drive thru was much easier.
- I was not depressed but many of the things I used to enjoy doing weren't physically possible for me anymore so I longed to be my old self again and be able to do even some of the simplest things like take my dogs for a walk.
- Financially I was struggling because the world market my business was in at that time (web design) and which was once thriving was becoming more saturated making it tougher to compete, and this meant working longer hours to keep up
- I rarely traveled anywhere. Not only didn't I have the time because I worked such long hours, but I physically wasn't capable.
- Shopping for clothes was too much bother and disappointing when the more trendy styles just wasn't available in 22/24.
- Simple things like tying my own shoes became difficult.

Fast forward .... over 4 years later (today!):
- Phew! What can I say?! It's been a journey BUT not a difficult one. If someone had told me this is what I would look like a year later after I took that leap of faith and tried this program, I wouldn't have believed it. I could not have imagined that a program so simple and so easy could have resulted in what you see on this page.

- I walk 45 minutes every day and some folks tell me I'm hard to keep up with. {wink}
